Forbes Honors SJP With Another Top Spot — But Not The Good Kind

While L.A.'s most overrated restos is still up for debate (we actually love the Cobb salad at Toast Bakery!), you can't argue with the latest calculations, courtesy of Forbes. The finance authority just released its list of the most overpaid actors in Hollywood, and we were a bit surprised to hear who earned the not-so-coveted top spots.

The award for first place (and for perhaps the most unwanted title, second only to a Razzie), goes to Eddie Murphy. Before you start listing SNL and Beverly Hills Cop as contradictory proof, get a load of this stat: For every $1 Murphy earned for his past three flicks, they returned an average of $2.30 at the box office — a measly margin for the Tower Heist star. Ouch. Not far behind are Katherine Heigl, Reese Witherspoon, Sandra Bullock, and SJP. Yes, these women are some of the most talented and highest-earning folks in Tinseltown, but their recent blockbusters blindsided producers and straight-up bombed.
