Recent Ecco Domani recipients Ohne Titel turned it out with an expertly tailored collection inspired by machinery parts and industrial elements that successfully managed a difficult combo of cool, soft draping, hardware embellishments and super slick stretches. We were dying over the uber tight knee-zipped wool pants, "dark wood" boiled zip cardigan, "gunmetal lance" necklace (the names!!) and perfect use of a steel-gray tonal palette interwoven to create "chainmail" wool band knit leggings and draped fine knit tanks. Backstage designers Alexa Adams and Flora Gill told us they were inspired by the jumble of mechanical parts and Swarovski crystals that were sewn in to create the amazing embroidery that resembled a shimmery Futurist movement collage. Spotted in the well-dressed crowd was Haidee Findlay-Levin in peachy eyeshadow and woolly wig from Tom Scott's fall/winter '08 collection and floppy hatted cutie Miguel Villalobos snapped a posing, ponytail wearing Cecilia Dean backstage.
