M83, Santigold, & More Shows To Catch This Week

M83, Big Black Delta: August 8, Central Park Summerstage, $35
Anthony Gonzalez brings his epic synth-pop project to the Central Park Summerstage. If you’ve ever wanted to relive your childhood while simultaneously leaving the earth’s atmosphere in a rocket ship, M83 has you covered.
Wednesday, August 8, 3 p.m. Central Park Summerstage, 69th St (At 5th Ave Entrance/Rumsey Field), Central Park; (212)360-2777.
Wild Nothing, Grimes, DIIV: August 9, Pier 84 (Hudson River Park), FREE
Hudson River Park’s RiverRocks concert series returns this Thursday to Pier 84. The lineup includes Jack Tatum’s blissfully bummed dream-pop project Wild Nothing, the summery guitars of DIIV, and everyone’s favorite avant-pop weirdo, Grimes. Weather permitting, this should be a great show.
Thursday, August 9, 6 p.m. Pier 84 (Hudson River Park), FREE.
