Are Your Nails Ready For This?

As far as everyone in the beauty industry was concerned, nail art had sighed its last breath. Headlines declared the trend over, manicurists touted minimalism, and lazy girls of the world rejoiced.
But, just as we were putting the nail in this coffin (pun intended), we got thrown for a loop: Intricate manis started popping up on spring '15 runway shows at New York Fashion Week. As the week progresses, we can already see that elaborate nails haven't died — they were just in hibernation. And, now that they're back, they're chicer and classier than ever.
Ahead, we've rounded up some of our favorite creative nail looks from Fashion Week: They show a more subdued, minimalist take on the trend (watch for negative space, linear designs, and watercolor-like swirls come 2015). You'll want to get these on your paws sooner rather than later. This is one comeback we're more than excited for.
