It’s Time To Get Your Molecular Gastronomy On

If the most adventurous dish you've ever prepared is an omelet, we say it's about time you go to cooking school — without leaving your kitchen. Celebrity chef Homaro Cantu from the Michelin-starred moto restaurant in Chicago is launching a cookbook like no other.
Known for his innovative cuisine incorporating the molecular-gastronomy technique, Cantu shares 100 recipes based on moto's most popular dishes — 10 recipes for each year the restaurant has been in business. So, if you ever wanted to wow your dinner party guests, you're in luck.
But, because these recipes are a bit more involved than just stirring some ingredients together and popping a casserole dish in the oven, The Moto Cookbook is going to be a digital upload featuring video demonstrations of each dish. If technical jargon isn't your thing, the captivating visuals will definitely help you sharpen those, um, Chef Boyardee skills.
The cookbook will be available early 2014, but check out this cool video previewing all the culinary madness that'll ensue.
