Mod Meets Modern In Karolina Zmarlak’s Newest Lookbook

Prepare to obsess. We just got our hands on NYC-based Karolina Zmarlak's pre-spring '12 lookbook, and we can feel ourselves falling for her, fast. The Polish-born designer has typically been inspired by traditional Japanese styling and structure, but her newest collection is oh-my-Mod amazing. From the first glance at '60s-era sheaths, and tons of tied-at-the-waist trenches and tunics, Karolina's collection is a mix of must-have styles; many are classic in shape, but all have a modern edge. Like in the past, the designer also offers a number of pieces in reversible styles—for instance, a swingin' black draped dress turns inside-out to reveal the brightest of citron.
