McCarren Park Pool reopened this weekend, and after 28 years and $50 million in renovations, the space is as fresh and new as that star-spangled bikini you just picked up for July 4th. And though there was some horseplay afoot at the inaugural swim, we weren't going to let it stop us from getting in there and capturing all the chic style on display.
The weekend proved as hot as any other down in the so-hip Brooklyn neighborhood and obviously, we were there for the vitamin D and the photo opps. Yes, the pool served up some shades, some summer whites, and some very long lines, as you might imagine. So, click through and see what you missed while you were at home soaking up the AC.
