Given our penchant for eye candy, we're naturally pretty into Instagram. Everything just looks better with a nifty filter and a retro-cool border, right? And fortunately, when we set out to catalog some of the District's coolest Instagramers, we found a mix of shutterbugs with a keen eye for subjects and style.
