Levi’s To Close Union Square Flagship, Moving To Market Street

It looks like bustling Market Street is getting yet another retail neighbor. And, surprisingly, it's denim powerhouse Levi’s! The iconic brand is giving its palatial Union Square flagship the ol’ heave-ho and stepping into a shiny-new space on the busy shopping strip — tucked right next to Old Navy and a skip away from the Westfield Centre (at 815 Market Street). This move is definitely a downsize (to a mere 22,000 square feet), but according to Business Insider, the company feels it is beneficial since the particular area is rapidly growing and attracts an influx of local and international shoppers. We’re pretty amped to see the new space, although, the move-in date has not been announced as of yet, so hold tight! Ch-ch-changes are on the way!
