After eviction rumors and an aggressive online campaign by dedicated L.A. patrons, it looks like it will still be lights out for famed Sunset Boulevard watering hole, Ye Coach and Horses. This historic local haunt has been a mainstay for 74 years, but after a personal disagreement could not be resolved between the landlord (The Samuel French Bookstore) and Jane Grant (the bar's longtime owner) it was decided that the last call for Coach and Horses would be on November 15. While it's possible that the nightlife impresarios behind Roger Room and Bar Lubitsch as potential new investors, one thing is for sure: There's going to be one hell of a farewell party at one of L.A.'s most enduring drinking destinations.
