Making chips from scratch is healthier (no mystery ingredients!) and shows that you put a little effort into the soirée. Try them with a couple of our homemade dips and enjoy!

1. Preheat your oven to 400
2. Wash yukon gold potatoes (number of potatoes is up to you)
3. With a mandolin slicer, slice potatoes 1/8" ridged
4. Drizzle with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated & arrange on greased baking sheet
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes
6. Salt and pepper to taste, dig in!
