Of course, it's only natural that this enviable loft plays HQ to none other than Krink, one of the Big Apple's most cutting-edge art companies.
Helmed by much-hyped graffiti artist KR, Krink churns out everything from spray paint and markers to tagged-up surfboards and skateboards.
