Why we love her: We know it's been a while since our legs have seen the sunshine, but spring is 100% here, and it's time to take notes on rocking our most-micro minis. Kathleen's look is an ace example of how to mix a super-short skirt with a little slouchy volume on top to create balance and a look that's casual enough for daytime. We're not sure which accessory we love more, but her chic mini-bag, edgy booties, and boyfriend watch all work harmoniously to compliment her look, not outshine it.
