"Lately, I am wearing lots of jewelry from Gothic Renaissance on Fourth Avenue. It's relatively inexpensive, looks great, and has protective qualities. I recently watched Herzog's Nosferatu and was very inspired by the palette and general sentiment. I've been burning roses and white sage while in my room from a shop called Flower Power on 9th Street, which is also where I get the Vetiver Resin that I wear. I'm listening to SUNN 0)))/BORIS collaboration, Altar, a beautiful record that was a gift from artist Dirk Bell from Berlin whose drawings I find captivating. I'm mostly inspired by live music these days, the soundscapes of the Psychic Ills, Queens, and seeing friends Effi Briest & First Nation has been moving me through the seasons. "Ocean of Thought" by Sahra Motalebi is the most resonant song that I've ever heard. I wish I could mention the offerings of each one of my dear friends, the things they create as well as the way each of them thinks, moves, looks, and listens. Oh, and how could I forget, the latest Givenchy couture show."
