Boost Your Endurance With These 5 Moves

Ever go to a workout class with the best of intentions, only to feel completely wiped after 15 minutes? We've been there — and it sucks. Endurance is the name of the game, and if you focus on improving yours, exercise will feel like less of a chore.
Trainer Kira Stokes, who created our 10 essential moves series, chose five exercises from it that are especially good at building strength, speed, and stamina. She put them together to create this circuit-training routine — you'll flow through moves as you jump, glide, and get your heart pumping.
How to do this series: Perform one set of all five moves in a row with no breaks, and then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat that two more times, and you'll probably be more than a little winded. Do it daily for a week or two, though, and you'll be surprised by how easily you fly through the circuit. Oh, and by then? Your next workout class will be a breeze.
