We love a great, local brand as much as the next savvy shopper, but the gents behind Hugh & Crye have really done a number on our hearts since they launched in 2010. Not only do they make stellar shirts that fit and flatter a man's frame, they also host some rad events, offer cool giveaways, and use social media like champs.
As a thank-you to its loyal following here in the DMV, the brand is hosting a cocktail party next weekend at Occidental. Expect delish cocktails and appetizers, along with the debut of the mid-season collection, a preview of sport coats for fall, and the launch of a new branding strategy.

During the event, a photog will take portraits of guests, which will be included in Hugh & Crye's first lookbook. “We’ve always used customers and friends as our models because we feel strongly about using real people to portray our clothing,” says CEO Pranav Vora. So, round up your most dapper dude-friends, get them into some shirts that fit, and celebrate the art of looking good with some of the nicest guys in town.
