Sheer, glossy lip color has officially made a play to become one of spring 2011’s biggest makeup trends, thanks to a wave of recent lipstick-like launches, all boasting lightweight, hint-of-tint shine. And the latest addition to the lineup? YSL’s Volupte Sheer Candy. The six new shades take a bright turn, with vivid, bonbon-colored hues that have just as juicy names—Luscious Cherry, Dewy Papaya, Juicy Grapefruit, Mouthwatering Berry, Lush Coconut, and Succulent Pomegranate. But if the fruit-kissed tints, the luxe silver and gold packing, or lip treating ingredients don’t get you, the yummy mango scent sure will.

The collection isn't available until May, but you can catch a preview of the lippies this Friday, April 8 at 2 p.m., if you're in New York City. Stop by the Columbus Circle Sephora to check them out!
