The Ball Is Officially Rolling On Four Barrel’s New Portola Location

ain
We all waited with bated breath for Four Barrel’s bakery-café offshoot The Mill to swing open. And now that the moment has arrived, you didn’t think the Four Barrel crew would just kick back and call it a day, did you? Guess again! It’s been a busy year for owners Jeremy Tooker and Jodi Geren — as they recently celebrated The Mill's super-successful debut and acquired De La Paz Coffee Roasters. Well, now they are circling back to another project in the works — the Four Barrel Portola location, which they've had sights set upon since September.
According to Sprudge, the latest Four Barrel locale will be an eco-conscious space with everything from solar panels to filtered run-off water that will (hopefully) supply h20 to the shop. The land next to it will also be utilized and perhaps even have an electric-car charging station and a playground. And the best part? It was originally slated for a November opening, but there are hopes to have it ready in two months. Wowza! So, get ready to book it to Portola soon, guys, this endeavor may be here sooner than we think. (Sprudge)
