Australian duo Flight Facilities are no strangers to lush video treatments for their songs, and "Clair De Lune (feat. Christine Hoberg)" doesn't disappoint. Directed by Dave Ma (who's done previous work with Foals, Delphic, and The Horrors), the clip takes the song's bittersweet pulse and turns it into a dreamlike night on the town. As the young protagonist navigates the darkened neighborhoods of the San Fernando Valley eating fast food, stealing booze, and driving aimlessly with friends, the song and imagery evokes a melancholic sequel to Dazed and Confused. If you happen to be home for Thanksgiving, driving the streets you once roamed in high school like we are, this clip might be especially moving.
