In 1970, a young girl from Brussels married her Swiss boyfriend, became a princess, came to New York, and started a fashion empire. It's the stuff fairy tales are made of, right? Actually…right.
The story, for all you fashion-history buffs, is that of Diane von Furstenberg. After her move to NYC, she took the world by storm with her legendary and iconic wrap dresses, was on the cover of Newsweek, and later became the president of the CFDA.
Now, Camilla Morton has taken DVF's story and turned it into the third book in her series of "Fashion Fairy Tale Memoirs," entitled Diane von Furstenberg and the Tale of the Empress' New Clothes. The story follows an empress and her dangerous addiction to fashion — but never fear, DVF leaps to the rescue and saves the day.

…And they all lived fashionably ever after.
