We're already wary of any beauty product created "out of sheer panic," but this one is particularly questionable. The Facelift Bungee is as weird as it sounds, but it might just be the affordable, non-invasive alternative to plastic surgery so many women are praying for these days. Ever tried to stretch too little plastic wrap over a too-big container? Yeah, it's kind of like that.
The Facelift Bungee, on sale now for $25, pulls back the skin of your face by way of two braids held back with a special comb. Despite being slightly reminiscent of a Medieval torture device, the comb promises to take 10 years off your face without the pain and price of surgery or Botox. Though we'd love to see women accept and embrace the beauties of the aging process, for those looking for a quick, youthful boost, this could be a godsend — and it's definitely a more accessible alternative.
