It's only fitting that America's funny girl, Jennifer Aniston, is channeling the original funny girl, Barbra Streisand, in the pretty ingenious September issue of Harper's Bazaar. The cover girl, who has long idolized the singer, recreates some of Barb's most iconic images for a Marc Seliger-shot spread that challenges the notion of Aniston's sometimes generic on-screen image. With some dramatic eye-makeup, huge hair, and vintage-inspired clothing, the star makes a pretty dead ringer for the power-house diva. Aniston is well aware that the move will definitely cause a stir: "I have no idea what people are going to think about it. Everybody has an opinion; it's just what people love to have. But that's okay. Art is so subjective, and people can react however they want." Well, speaking for ourselves, we're pretty amped—we can almost, almost forget The Bounty Hunter, and that's a pretty hard thing to do. Maybe a star is re-born? (Bazaar)
