Chloé's New Soho Spot Opens Today, With An Exclusive Bag

Where once on Greene Street there was a sign that read "coming soon" there is now a 2,100 square-foot Chloé store. Yes, today marks the opening of the brand's first Soho boutique (the second in NYC), and trust us, it's every bit as luxe and covetable as its wares. Designed with 1970s light fixtures, the signature Chloé horse statue (there is one in every brick-and-mortar location), and vintage '20s Bibendum chairs, the downtown location recalls the feel and aesthetic of its flagship on rue Saint-Honoré.
To celebrate the grand opening, the Soho spot will be the exclusive seller of Chloé's newest bag, a $4,400 ostrich and calfskin dream called the Amelia. Sure, the perks of getting it first are reserved for us New Yorkers, but fear not, it will soon be available in stores and online, too.
Chloé, 93 Greene Street (between Prince and Spring streets); 646-350-1770.
