This spring '12 lookbook delivers a collection of strong statement pieces that compliment the warmer season ahead wonderfully. No stranger to the use of ropes and nautical knots, the newest line also incorporates the material for pieces that might appear heavier but carry a light ease, such as in a twisted ivory- and brass-colored necklace, and prism-dropped earrings accented by a not-too-thick strand of black. Taking inspiration from Giuseppe Garibaldi, a noted Italian sailor and military figure, the collection mimics Giuseppe's maritime legacy and "quite chic" appeal, according to the designer.
