Parisian style is usually effortless — made up of those easy French-girl staples, like striped boatneck tees, menswear-inspired coats, and perfectly fitting vintage jeans. This Paris Fashion Week, though, the streets played host to a whole new spectrum of styles and tastes. Sure, the replicable "I woke up like this" looks were still abundant, but we also saw some refreshing ensembles at the opposite end of the style spectrum — we're talking about the ones that aren't quite as easy to copy. From quirky layering tricks to bold prints and patterns and "What even is she wearing?" moments, there was plenty of eye-candy for minimalists and maximalists alike outside the shows. One thing's for sure: No matter what end of the street-style peacocking spectrum a look falls under, the Eiffel Tower and all of Paris' imposing sights make for some killer photo backdrops. Click on for all the must-see looks — you might just be inspired to change up your own.
