On Saturday, the 24th Annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade took place in the East Village, delivering its annual dose of insanely charming animals in costumes better than anything we could ever think up. There was your traditional jack-o-lantern. And, an array of dogosaurs. Even an ironic Starbucks latte. Basically, what we're saying is, these dogs have set a seriously high bar for this year's holiday get-ups.
