We admit it: We're suckers for a bargain — which explains why the local mini-empire of Current Boutique consignment stores are practically home away from home for us. Owner Carmen Lopez opened her fourth location last week, setting up shop on Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda.
With the trademark combo of super-chic secondhand designer goods and new, affordable dresses and separates — plus, the so-easy, no-appointment-necessary consigning process — we're definitely adding this outpost to the must-hit list for Bethesda browsing. Bonus: The graphic stenciled walls (done by a local artist) might even inspire you to do a little DIY'ing when you're done shopping.
