Clumpy mascara invokes some pretty strong emotions — usually along the lines of anger and frustration. But, interestingly enough, as this unlikely trend rises in popularity, we're experiencing a whole new set of feelings about spider-like lashes — namely those of admiration and intrigue.
So, in an effort to wrap our minds around just how to do this beauty "don't" in a gorgeous way, we called in makeup pro James Vincent. To our delight, he gave our associate sales development manager Alex clumpy lashes that looked anything but misguided. Above, check out his tips and tricks for getting it right.
