Brian Reyes Gives Us Springtime With a Spritz Of Lime, And It's Delicious!
comments

If Vera and Rodarte gave us Halloween costume hints, Brian Reyes propelled us straight through the cold months and into next April. The easy-to-swallow assortment of short-shorts, lightweight cardigans, and darling dresses were a departure from this season's widespread inky hues and overtly organic silhouettes. There were bright whites against imperial blues and brilliant accents of red-orange, all with a spritz of lime; In essence, aesthetically spring in every way! The token sheer bodysuit of spring '10 materialized in a loose, playful way, with ease-inducing slashes and an inkblot motif. Makeup was fresh and lips were vibrant red--no white face paint or cobweb hair to be seen. With the collection ranging from beachwear to show-stopping gowns, we found ourselves longing for the warm weather frivolity we just wrapped up in August.
