It happened, it finally happened! Beyoncé had her baby last night— no really this time it's actually true! Just ask Russell Simmons and Rihanna, who happily welcomed Beyoncé and Jay-Z's new daughter, Blue Ivy Carter into the world via (what else?) twitter.
And if a tweet doesn't make it official, we don't know what does. In a scheduled C-section at Lennox Hill hospital last night, Blue Ivy (yes, it's in that order, and not Ivy Blue, and yes, let's discuss in the comments), is the newest in music (and all-around celebrity) royalty, and probably one of the cutest ever (holla back all the "Single Babies"). Cé (get it?) what you will about the questionable baby-bump drama, but we'll all be bowing down to Blue in the very near future. Because if Willow and Suri have taught us anything, it's that.
