Gryffindors are known for their courage, so we're not exactly surprised when we saw this video of Watson swanning through the fields of Southern California. The Harry Potter alum went with Skydive San Diego, a full-service parachute center just a 25-minute drive from downtown.

Carrie Underwood: Sydney, Australia

On the Australian leg of her world tour, the country singer set aside some time to experience Sydney's famed beaches and skyline from mid-air. Judging from the exciting photos, she wasn't phased by the experience with Sydney Skydivers at all.

Cyrus commemorated her 2014 Rolling Stone cover story with a freefall. The singer was clearly intimidated by the height, blurting out the F-word multiple times in the process. But, eventually, the spectacular scenery of Orange County calmed her down.

Bella Hadid: Dubai, UAE

Dubai is one of the most incredible-looking drop zones in the world, thanks to its three artificial, palm-shaped islands. The view doesn't compare to anywhere else in the world — just ask Bella Hadid, who made the big jump with Skydive Dubai. The skydiving school is apparently a big hit amongst celebrities, as Rita Ora and Will Smith have also taken lessons there.

Maisie Williams: Devon, United Kingdom

In 2015, the Game of Thrones actress took up her first skydiving challenge to raise funds for two charities. Williams teamed up with Skydive Buzz in Devon, an organization boasting the fastest jump planes in Europe and a view of the English coast.

Brooklyn Beckham: Peterborough, United Kingdom

The 18-year-old descended 13,000 feet and couldn't look more chill about it. The budding photographer was under the guidance of UK Parachuting as he got the best aerial view of the countryside in East Anglia.

Benedict Cumberbatch: Glenorchy, New Zealand

The Sherlock actor took the leap at the picturesque Kiwi village in 2012, after filming for The Hobbit has wrapped. The star's experience was facilitated by Skydive Paradise, and he apparently felt aroused by the thrill of seeing the spectacular mountains from 15,000 feet high, as he later stated in an interview.
