Could This Pill Make You Look Ten Years Younger?

We don't like to pop pills unless we really know what's in 'em and what they're doing to our bodies. So, when we read this study about a "simple," plant-based pill that reduces wrinkles by 10%, our ears perked up — a pill made with natural ingredients that can lessen our crow's feet sounds like a major win/win.
The pill in question is Dove Spa Strength Within supplement, currently available in the United Kingdom. The study surveyed 166 women over the course of 14 weeks and found that those taking the Dove supplement saw, on average, a 10% reduction in wrinkle depth, all thanks (supposedly) to the plant-based, vitamin C and E-rich pill.
But, before you start popping champagne to celebrate this anti-aging advancement, know this: A careful read of the Unilever-funded study reveals that the "magic" behind the pill is in its ability to prompt the body to make more estrogen, which in turn promotes collagen production. We're a little wary about messing around with our hormones in general, but what about you, readers? Is this the future of anti-aging? Weigh in below. (Daily Mail)
