Paula Abdul is a professional, so when mistakes happen during live shows, she pushes through because the show must always go on. The singer and former American Idol judge fell off the stage during a Sunday night concert at the Hard Rock Live in Mississippi, but proved that stage blunders can be handled with grace.
In a fan video of the event, Abdul moves to the front of the stage to sing and then falls over into the crowd. The audience can be heard calling out in concern. “She did not seem hurt at the time of the fall and still finished like a champ,” the concertgoer who recorded the video told People. “She stated she was a dancer, and falls and drops she has gotten used to over the years.”

In another video, backup dancers can be seen helping Abdul back onto the stage. The star was in the middle of singing her song, “The Promise of a New Day,” and continues singing almost immediately. “She was a class act hope she is ok” the fan captioned the video.
Abdul seemed to be just fine as she finished her set. The Hard Rock was one of the early stops on the Straight Up Paula! tour, and Abdul has shown no sign of canceling her future appearances.
Abdul's rep tells Refinery29, "Paula is fortunately not injured and was able to continue the show. She is excited to continue the tour!"
