A Lesson In The Perfect Brunch, Courtesy Of Baker & Banker

There's no better way to start your weekend off than a leisurely
brunch. Luckily, Pacific Height's favorite cooking couple, Lori Baker
and Jeff Banker of Baker & Banker fame, are showing us how to bring
the magic to our very own homes. Since opening their doors back in
December 2009, Baker & Banker has quickly become a neighborhood
favorite with its delicious take on new American cuisine. You can
taste it all yourself when the couple hosts a brunch-themed
demonstration at Macy's Union Square Cellar this Saturday, so get
ready to take some notes as you watch Chef Banker prepare his special
Eggs in Purgatory, while Pastry Chef Baker prepares her scrumptious
French toast bread pudding. Mark your calendar for some major brunch
inspiration!
