Preen Shows Us How To Rave In Style, With Resort '14

Moving well away from the modern elegance it debuted for fall '13, Preen by Thornton Bregazzi's resort '14 collection is something entirely different: grunge. Only, it’s manifesting itself in a way that we’ve never seen before — full of life, colour, and oodles of energy.
Harking back to their heyday, Thea Bregazzi and partner, Justin Thornton, looked back to the ‘90s for inspiration. That's right, the days of raving in a field in Lancashire or getting grimy at a Manchester warehouse have managed to inspire a beautiful collection of dip-dyes, crop tops, and simple slips. Yet, despite the grungy roots, it all looks fresher than ever. A raver’s pink and a cobalt blue underpin the collection, and inky florals decorate the more formal pieces. And, despite the collection stemming from nostalgia, the Preen woman somehow manages to come off more polished than ever — heck, there's even a floor-length dévoré dress in there.
Nice work, team. We want need it all.
