To us, the mark of exquisite clothing is something that doesn't look contrived, yet is still super memorable. Which is why Proenza Schouler's resort '14 collection stands out — it's elegant, it's understated, but the silhouettes stick with you. And it's no surprise that all this is coming from Jack and Lazaro, as their little label was just named the CFDA designer of the year (yes, again).

The clothes are deceptively simple — the colors stick to white, black, and lemon, and have an ease about them that feels like you could wear them whenever. But the creative shapes that marry floaty femininity with boxy-cool shows off the undeniable skills this duo has honed so well. We're equally obsessed with the zigzagged sweatshirt/skirt combo as we are with the dressed-up sweatpants/long jacket, and the sherbet-color-blocked crop top/pleated skirt. Luckily, we have a little while to decide which we'll splurge on.
