Fashion Week may seem like a distant item in your iCal (it's 40 days away, people!), but you better believe that preparations are already in full swing. First, there was Katie Holmes's other big announcement, then Nelson Mandela revealed that his clothing line would debut in September. Looks like everyone and their mamas are getting in on the NYFW action!
It turns out L.A.'s own Nasty Gal is going to expand its ever-growing empire at the seven day event. The online boutique is launching Super Nasty, a print magazine that will showcase the site's trendsetting style. The inaugural issue will feature boho-inspired editorials, unexpected bylines, and reader-submitted photos, which will be seen by editors, models, and designers from around the world.
The infamous Terry Richardson is one of many photogs who will lend his eye to its pages, and contributors like Liz Armstrong (Vice), Pamela des Barres (the groupie poster child), and Alexandra Richards (daughter of Keith) will all pen columns.
Looks like The Daily has got itself some competition come September — which mag will you be toting around Lincoln Center?
