Founded by local lady Halle Butvin in 2007 after several trips to Uganda, the fair-trade organization employs female artisans who produce supremely wearable tops, tanks, dresses, skirts, bags, and jewelry. Working with more than 30 tailors from post-conflict areas in northern Uganda, Butvin's company has provided training, health education, and financial security for its employees and their families. Pretty amazing, we know.
