2 Places To Find Boozy Summer Sips In Chicago

rustic house
Yes, we've found another set of fabulous, new summer cocktails. We know, it boggles the mind. This time around, it's Gemini Bistro and Rustic House that are pouring some of our favorites, all delicious and grapefruit-themed. Mixologist Paul Graves is whipping up creations at both locations, even suggesting the perfect meal to pair with your drink. At Gemini Bistro, try the Squirtsy, a combination of Finlandia Grapefruit vodka, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and soda water served over ice and garnished with a tart grapefruit supreme dunked in sugar. For those who crave tequila, try Rustic House's Pomelito: Milagro tequila, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and soda water shaken and served over ice. Smokey Old Fashioneds and ciders are meant for chillier times. Sip something refreshing (and boozy) this summer.
