We've already expressed our jealousy of admiration for an LBD done so right for the summer, but don't think we're not keeping a gimlet eye out for the outfit's post-Memorial Day cousin — the LWD, of course. While this shade has been ubiquitous on red carpets of late, spotting an ivory cocktail frock that's not snoozy isn't always easy.
So, we're giving major sartorial props to Zoe Lister-Jones, who rocked an interesting, flattering little white dress by Peter Som at the premiere of
Lola Versus
, hosted by The Cinema Society & Brooks Brothers, along with Grey Goose. The actress, who plays best friend to Greta Gerwig's Lola in the flick, also co-wrote the screenplay with Daryl Wein, leaving us puzzled as to just when she found the time to track down a hot little number that's so right now, but also so forever. Oh, and that lip color (it matched her mani/pedi!), which we saw close up at the after party at The Top Of The Standard? The girl must never sleep.
