Where we spotted her: On Division Street in Wicker Park.
Why we love her: We peeped this shining example of how to layer just enough for spring in Chicago during these unseasonably awesome days we've been having. Tess was spending her day in Wicker Park, wisely toting a roomy shopper for all of those spur-of-the-moment boutique purchases. Her jacket and scarf are voluminous, but not heavy–essentially the perfect uniform for stepping out in a spring that isn't quite yet worthy of extra-light fabrics.
