Tocca’s Latest Lookbook Has Something For The Girly Girls And The Tomboys

Forget the boyfriend jeans, boyfriend tees, and... well, pretty much every other "boyfriend" version of your favorite garments — Tocca's new lookbook has us craving less unisex goods and more one-or-the-other classics. Alternating between extreme femininity (backless LBD, we're looking at you) and menswear staples, the fall '12 collection manages to toe the line between "who's that lady?" and "I stole this from my dad's closet," beautifully.
The collection features classic, ladylike, and preppy silhouettes in sexy sheers and subtly revealing knits. Deep V-neck jumpers over Peter Pan collar shirts creates a school-girl look that's more suave than studious. And to balance things out, plaid suits and tie prints play up the gender bending and keep the set from being too girly-girl. The combination breeds a look that's both smart and sexy, and the result is sheer sophistication (pun intended).
Click through the lookbook for a clever collage of looks for any chunky-knit, print-mixing, suit-loving girly girl (or for a not-so-girly girl who just wants to dress like one, for a moment).
