Who she is: Emily
Where we spotted her: Downtown.
Why we love her: Aside from the fact that she seems to be just as cool as our cartoon hero (if not more so), shes certainly got the style down. Had she not disappeared into the place where pretty much all MTV programming went to die, Daria would have been proud to rock a color blocked midi and leather jacket. This grown-up cool is just what we would have expected from her. The stunning red lip though—that's all Emily, and it's working.
