Team Madewell just got back from Japan, where they were on an "Inspiration Tour" (best job ever, right?), and fell in love with Cat Cafes, teahouses that serves up kittens for petting in addition to snacks and brews. For only $3.50, patrons get to spend 15 minutes ensconced in cuddly paradise. The Madewell folks were clearly enamored (check out their post on the Madewell blog, here), and we're going to keep our paws crossed that they've been inspired enough to start one up in the States.
