During a recent conversation with Fern Mallis at the 92Y, Victoria Beckham shared that her daughter Harper, "Loves soccer. She has her own little football shoes and her own little football shirt. She runs around with her brothers. She's a little bit of a tomboy." Now, David Beckham has offered further proof of his daughter's footie prowess on Instagram in an adorable photo that only a doting dad could post. A dad who's also a retired global football/soccer icon, mind you.
"Mia Hamm eat your heart out. Harper Seven taking lessons from her brothers (oh and her dad)," Beckham captioned the snap.
Do we have another soccer superstar named Beckham on our hands? It might be a little early to tell, given that Harper is only turning four this July. Plus, soccer is just one of many sports she seems to be mastering these days. This photo was also shared of Harper learning to ride a bike over the weekend. "Day One — No stabilizers," he boasted. This is also how we learned that in England, they call training wheels "stabilizers." Good to know.
