But, Trulia reports that the stylish couple is moving on to greener pastures and selling the house for $3.5 million. The reason? Reportedly, it's to live closer to Madden's brother Benji and wife Cameron Diaz in Beverly Hills. (Okay, maybe bonding with family is a good enough excuse to ditch the stunning abode.)
