Riccardo Tisci surprised everyone last year when he tapped Julia Roberts for Givenchy's stunning spring '15 campaign, then again a few months ago with he recruited Donatella Versace to be the face of fall '15. But, the brand's creative director may have just one-upped himself in the star-power department.
According to Complex, Tisci may have recruited none other than Beyoncé to show off the latest Givenchy collection in his upcoming ads. The designer and Bey were spotted together at a rooftop photoshoot in New York City last week — and although the rumors are unconfirmed, it does make a lot of sense.
Between palling around with Kim Kardashian and his celebrity-studded birthday party, it's no secret that Tisci has plenty of famous friends (yes, Beyoncé included). He's known Bey for years but has spent even more time with her recently. He creative directed her latest spread in CR Fashion Book, and dressed her in that sheer Givenchy couture gown just last week for the Met Gala. Given their thisclose friendship, it's not shocking that the two look like besties on set — not to mention, makes those campaign rumors even more plausible.
Just don't expect Tisci to spill the beans anytime soon. This is a guy who's proven himself to be a pro at keeping secrets until the official announcement comes out.
