No one rains on Karl Lagerfeld's parade — except, maybe New York City. Beyoncé was one of the many stars in attendance at the designer's Chanel's Paris-Salzburg show in the Big Apple last night. After a quick chat with the Kaiser, Queen Bey ventured out into the dampened streets in her all-Chanel ensemble to dine with her hubby, Jay-Z.
Much like her pal Rihanna, Beyoncé's not about the conventional, weather-appropriate outfit. Her embellished parka, leather miniskirt, and statement booties might make an average person hesitate before making dinner plans when there's a high chance of rain. But, Bey's also not one to cancel on Jay because of a little precipitation. So, the singer marched on — with a little help from security, who kept her look safe and dry under a wide umbrella.
Luckily, this weekend's forecast is a little more forgiving. So, we're taking Beyoncé's rainy-night look, and using it as inspiration for Friday's casual, going-out outfit.
