Cate Blanchett Adopted A Baby Girl

Cate Blanchett and husband Andrew Upton's brood just got a bit bigger. The couple announced today they've adopted a baby girl. Alright, well Blanchett's rep did, but same thing. In a statement confirming the news to Us Weekly, a rep said, "The Upton family (Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton) have adopted a baby girl. No further details will be provided." Australia's Women's Weekly reports their new daughter is named Vivienne. How true that is remains unknown.  Their new daughter makes the Uptons a family of six. Blanchett and Upton already have three sons together: Dashiell, 13, Roman, 10 and Ignatius, 6. We have no doubt Blanchett will raise her daughter in the exact opposite way she does her fictional stepdaughter in Cinderella.
