Apparently, eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3.5 acres, a vineyard, and two pools weren't quite enough for the Kardashian-West clan. Trulia reports that in addition to their $20 million Hidden Hills mansion, the duo have bought another home — though, one with decidedly fewer luxurious accoutrements.
Kim and Kanye have purchased their next door neighbor's house for a reported $2.9 million. This adjacent 1.49-acre property brings their L.A. footprint up to just about five acres. A far cry from their top-of-the-line estate, the outdated home is quite the fixer-upper. In other words: They'll probably tear it down to Kimye-ify it.
As for specific plans for the new acquisition, TMZ reports that it will house a kids' park, a basketball court, and a music studio for Kanye. Plus, of course, ample privacy. Because, well, why not?
